So that you don't have to wait too long for download, the image files are of a fairly low resolution. In reducing the file size for the web, some detail in the image is lost. Much of the appeal of these prints lies in the fine detail. If you do not already have the CD of the images, I urge you to purchase one. On the CD I have been able to place large files which show the images to better advantage. If you purchase the CD ($8.00 within the U.S. and $10.00 elsewhere) the cost of buying your first print will be reduced by $10.00.

Ordering a Print

If you buy two or more prints, SHIPPING IS FREE-- and that includes airmail to anywhere in the world! If you purchase a print, it will be protected by a sheet of acid-free interleaving paper (which you should keep with the print until it is framed) and plastic and placed in a shipping box. You will also receive brief instructions with regard to care and a descriptive sheet signed and dated by me which will provide provenance and your proof of purchase. When I receive your order, I will handle it as quickly as possible. In most cases, your order will ship within 48 hours. Please understand, however, that this is a one-man operation and if, for example, I am away from my studio, I may not be able to process the order immediately. If I am away for an extended period, an advisory notice will appear on the site. I have selected shipping methods that will ensure fairly speedy delivery and good handling. Normally, therefore, you should receive your prints within 3 or 4 days.Please let me know if anything is damaged in transit. Tracking of the package is available with UPS 2-day shipments. Urgency If you have need of a different shipping method and a greater urgency, do not order on the web. This is sufficient time to show any incompatibility between ink and paper that would prevent a print display life of over 100 years. This warranty will be void if the print is not stored or displayed in accordance with the care guidelines that accompany each purchased print. If the purchased print is to be displayed, it must be placed under glass. If a print is damaged during shipping, the customer should notify Timothy Duffield Landscape Images and return the print. A replacement print will be provided at no cost to the customer. Please note that customer information captured will be kept solely for Timothy Duffield Landscape Images customer records.
